Gloria holds an OND (Insurance) from the Federal Polytechnic, Oko as well as HND (Insurance) from the Institute of Management and Technology,Enugu. Her career objective has always been to develop an enviable and professional career through hard work, mental exploiting, teamwork, transparency, integrity with a deep sense of motivated commitment and responsibility towards excellence in the bank. Gloria’s objectives’ performance has been satisfactory over the years of working experiences having worked as cashier in Chufo Best Nigeria Limited, Enugu (2005-2006); cashier in Quiescent Global Limited, Warri (2006-2007); Life Assurance Marketer with Industrial & General Insurance Plc ((IGI) 2012-2013). She joined Megapraise MFB as one of the pioneer staff in September 2013 as the Customer Service Officer. Over the span of over 10years with Megapraise, she has been assigned/designated to various operations’ roles: Marketing officer (2014); Credit/Recovery officer (2014-2015); Teller (2020-2022); Cash officer (Jan 2023 – November 2023). The various offices/roles also exposed her to general microfinance banking operations as she was periodically assigned as B2B to HBO, B2B Teller, Accounts call over, etc. In November 2023, she was appointed by the Board of Directors of the bank as Ag Head – Banking Operations.
